Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, this role is a hands-on coordination and support position, working closely with international distributors, key accounts and internal marketing teams to ensure launches, promotions and sales initiatives are delivered seamlessly.
You will play a critical role in keeping international accounts informed, supported and commercially focused.
Support international sales accounts with day-to-day coordination and communication
Work closely with international distributors and partners to support product launches and promotional activity
Coordinate marketing assets, launch materials and product information with internal marketing and design teams
Assist in preparing sales presentations, range listings and account updates
Manage sample packs, product requests and launch kits for international accounts
Maintain and update CRM systems, account records and sales trackers
Monitor sales performance and assist with reporting and analysis
Support global sales initiatives, campaigns and growth projects
Act as a key point of contact to ensure timelines, expectations and deliverables are met across regions
1–3 years’ experience in sales support, account coordination, marketing or FMCG (haircare or beauty highly regarded)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident working across multiple stakeholders, cultures and time zones
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and sales reporting
Proactive, reliable and eager to learn international sales and account management
Passion for haircare, beauty or consumer brands is a strong advantage
Exposure to global markets and international accounts
