Hi I was in yesterday to have a cut and must say that the thing I dread more than dentist is hair dresser. I believe the cutter was new/on trial and not knowing that I tipped her because she was great when she realised I was uncomfortable. So I don't want management to think I was dissatisfied because I had a miserable look on my face because the woman was very professional. Thanks, I've been worried about that all night. Today I had my hair cut by Sharon. She was friendly, efficient & professional from the moment I walked in the door. She listened to what I wanted from my haircut & suggested ways to achieve the style BEFORE picking up the scissors. She talked about products that would help me maintain my style as well as general friendly conversation. I am very happy with my new 'do'. I will be happy to recommend her to others & I will return again. She is an asset to Just Cuts. Best regards, Simone
