Stylist Leisa cuts my hair better than anyone ever has, because she actually listens to what I've asked for and delivers. Further to, I'm so happy with the cut Leisa gave me today. It's always a pleasure being looked after by her. She is always interesting to chat with, and she is genuinely interested in her clients. Leisa has fabulous inter-personal skills, with a comfortable relaxed disposition. She is a real asset asset to your organisation.
Great cut and wonderful advice regarding a dry scalp problem which will hopefully be fixed with the Justice products she recommend.

Recently my 13yo granddaughter wanted a good stylist to cut 20cms or more from her hair, but didn't want to go to where she usually just had the ends trimmed as she thought she was a little "choppy". I recommended Justcuts as I am a regular. She had been toying with the decision for a few months and was obviously a little nervous. She was absolutely thrilled with the result! A perfect cut.

I am incredibly impressed by the experience I have just had at the Kawana store, and particularly the stylist Toni. Toni has restored my faith in the dying art of customer service. She is a listener with an expert level of skill, and an obvious passion for complete customer satisfaction. Although I live over 100km from this store, I will consider timing my haircuts for when I’m am passing through the Sunshine Coast. This lady is a true asset to your organization and I could not be happier.
I been coming here for a lot of years and I am yet to talk to a staff member that has not been nice to talk and happy . And I have great haircuts .They are fabulous and it is a pleasure to have a haircut .

Very friendly lady, very professional and gave me a very good haircut. I have now been there 4 times and have had 4 different cutters, all of whom have been great. All very friendly. Will return.
These two beautiful stylists need to be acknowledged for their commitment and dedication to their clients, Both stylists are very diligent and approachable in their mannerisms and helpful approach. The children will now inform me it's time for a haircut. This in itself shows the friendship and trust that has been formed. The new Manager is exactly the same she will aspire to what is needed any one will go in there to see her cutting hair and sweeping floors whilst chatting to her clients. The Kawana. Wonderful and such friendly hair cut and braiding for our grand daughter Layla. Nothing was too much trouble and Nicole showed great patience and understanding about a 5 year old's second hair cut experience!!! We even were able to souvenir some hair in an envelope. Thank you again Nicole.
I've been going to Just Cuts for over 5 years now and have never had a cut I haven't loved. The service is efficient, always friendly and every single time the stylist has given me a new tip to care for my hair. As someone who colours my own hair on a regular basis...from blonde to dark brown with regular success, I appreciate the advice and on occasion repair cuts when I've over processed my do. Thankyou for providing such a streamlined affordable salon.

Katrene is fantastic when it comes to her ability to style cut. My hair is quite difficult as there is a strip with a curly underlayer, but she gets it right. Her positive attitude is also to be commended - she keeps her cool with even the most difficult of customers - you know the ones - the ten that exist in the whole world, but move around a lot.
