Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
NO. For your convenience, we operate on a no-appointment no-request system. Simply choose a location and time that suits you, call into the salon and our friendly team will take care of you.
Q. How much does a style cut cost?
At Just Cuts™ all of our adult style cuts are just $24 in Australia and $23 in New Zealand. Whether your hair is long, short, straight or curly, or even if you have your hair completely re-styled, the price remains the same.
Q. Do I need to shampoo my hair in advance?
We recommend that you shampoo your hair in the 24 hour period prior to your visit to one of our salons. If this isn’t possible, or if you’d like to treat yourself to a little something extra, we will happily shampoo your hair for a small additional cost.
Freshly shampooed hair, free of excess styling products, is essential to ensure an accurate style cut.

Q. Does Just Cuts™ offer discounts?
YES. Even though our $24 (AU) / $23 (NZ) style cuts represent great value, we also offer discounted pricing for seniors, students and children on selected days. Please contact your nearest salon to find out when these special prices apply.
Q. Does Just Cuts™ offer other services, such as colouring?
NO. Our stylists specialise in cutting, we do not do any chemical or colouring work.
Q. If I feel my hair is not short enough when I get home, what should I do?
All of our style cuts are backed by our unique 7 day written guarantee. If you decide you’d like a little more off, just come back to one of our salons with your receipt and guarantee and we will happily take care of it for you.
Q. Are all Just Cuts™ stylists fully qualified?
YES. Each of our hairdressers is a qualified professional, with training in the latest trends and techniques, so you’re always assured of a great style cut.
